01Why we use browser storage
A few small entries in your browser allow the site to remember basic things between visits: that you've confirmed your age, what you picked on the storage notice, and where you were in the play stage.
We don't use cookies or storage for advertising. There's no third-party tracking on the site.
02What we keep
Age confirmation: a single entry that records you've confirmed you've reached the age of majority. Without this we'd have to ask every time you arrive.
Storage preference: remembers your choice from the storage notice (essential only, or accept all). This stops the notice from reappearing every visit.
In-game progress: your virtual coin balance, free spins, and audio toggles for the Aurora Reels play stage.
03Essential vs. non-essential
Essential storage is what's needed to keep the site working: age confirmation, storage preference, and the in-game balance. Without these the site simply can't function.
Non-essential storage is anything beyond that. Right now, we don't run any analytics, advertising, or marketing storage on the site, so essential is everything we keep.
04Your choices
The storage notice at the bottom of the screen lets you choose between Essential Only and Accept All. Because we don't currently use non-essential storage, both choices behave the same way today.
You can clear all storage at any time from your browser settings. Doing so will reset your virtual coin balance, hide the storage choice, and re-show the age confirmation.
05Third-party content
Where we link to third-party support organisations on the Responsible Play page, those sites have their own cookie and storage practices. Visiting them may set additional cookies on your browser. Please review each provider's policy when you visit.
06Changes
If we ever start using analytics or other non-essential storage in the future, we'll update this page and the storage notice to explain it clearly before it goes live.
